Do you take credit/debit cards?

25% payment for the tour is taken upfront by credit/debit card via our online portal. For the remaining 75% due at the park we take Cash or Visa / MasterCard but not American Express (3.5% fee applies for Visa and Mastercard). For incidentals at the park we accept cash only.

What should I bring on the tour? 

Camera, sun lotion, insect spray, sunglasses, sun hat, waterproof clothing (depending on the forecast). Change of clothes and towel if you want to shower after your elephant experience.

When is my pickup time confirmed? 

Due to many last minute bookings, the pickup time is communicated only the day before the tour.

Is the transfer included?

Yes. We have a professional minibus shuttle service and our experienced drivers pick up from various locations.

Where do you pick up from? 

The Transfers are included from Khao Lak, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi and Khao Sok.

Is my location included in the pickup area?

If your accommodation is in Khao Lak, anywhere in Phuket, Khao Sok the transfer is included. We also pickup from Krabi. Do contact us to find out if your location is within the free pickup zone.

How long is the drive from: 

  • Khao Lak (approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour)
  • Phuket (depending where on the island – usually around 1-2.5 hours)
  • Krabi (approximately 1.45 hours)

What time do I get back to the hotel?

As we do not want to rush our groups and give them as much time as they want, the returning times can vary. If you need to be back by a set time, please let us know in advance so there will be no delay.

Can I be picked up in one location and be dropped off in another?

Yes you can. This is however much more work for our drivers, which is why we have to charge 2,500 THB per group extra if the drop-off location is not the same as the pickup.

Are special dietary requirements met? 

Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals on demand. None of our meals contain nuts or shellfish.

Are any drinks free?

Yes. Any drinks like coffee, tea, soft drinks and water are free and are provided throughout the tour. Alcohol is not permitted.

Do you offer insurance? 

We do provide full accident insurance for all our visitors. However, all clients participating in a tour are strongly advised to take out their own comprehensive insurance and, in particular, to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of the tour.

What elephant interactions does the day include? 

First you will learn how to safely interact with our elephants, followed by feeding, walking through the jungle and bathing. We do not allow visitors to ride the elephants.

Do I have to make a booking or can I just call in?

You must make a booking to participate in any activities.

Is there any nearby accommodation?

Yes. We suggest you check HotelsCombined.

Do you provide towels?

We do not provide any towels. Please bring your own.

Can we use our own transportation to come to the park?

Yes you can. We will give you 200 THB reduction per adult and 100 THB reduction per child.

How many tours do you run per day?

We run two tours per day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning tour begins at 9.30 and the afternoon one at 12.30.

Is there an English speaking guide?

Yes, we provide English speaking guides for all of our tours.

What is included in the price?

Transfers, all activities and services as specified in the itinerary, English-speaking tour guide, freshly made and delicious Thai lunch, refreshments and snacks.

What are your cancellation conditions?

No-show and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable. A fee of 3.9% will be deducted from all refunds made to credit card payments.
